The Telephone Building was built in 1906.  This two-story masonry building is rectangular in plan, has a flat roof with a parapet and features brick walls clad in stucco. The original plan and cornice are intact.  The building was first occupied by Pacific Telephone & Telegraph, hence the name “Telephone Building”

Today the Telephone Building consists of 3 retail storefronts.   Current tenants include the Oasis Bead Lounge,  Ascend Chiropractic, and 123 Vape and Shop!  Upstairs you can visit Inspire Studio specializing in yoga and martial arts
