At the corner of Grand Avenue and Flora Street, the historic Cyr Building is centrally located in Downtown Bellingham, steps away from several iconic downtown businesses and merchants, including Henderson Books, Mt. Bakery Cafe & Black Drop. Built in 1944 with a hint of Art Deco style, it was originally headquarters to the Cyr Bros. Dairy Plant, complete with a Milk Bar where one could enjoy sundaes, sodas and malted milk. With spaces for both residential and commercial occupancy, the Cyr Building is now home to Make.Shift Art Space and Spiral Design Studios, among others.
