History
Built in 1915, the Zobrist Building was designed by F. Stanley Piper as a creamery and dairy distribution center for Peter Zobrist's Van Wyck Dairy. The front of the building was modified to allow for milk trucks to drive through.
The upstairs of the building was used as a meeting hall oringally for the Woodsmen of the World. Later on other organizations like the Brotherhood of Rising Star and International Order of Odd Fellows used the hall.
Other businesses that occupied the building include the Tip Top Sandwich Shop, Giftoy Center and the Hob 'n Nob restaurant.
